Adam Rowley
Managing Director
Having experience of being an affiliate, affiliate manager & brand owner – Adam has vast knowledge of the industry from all viewpoints, and sails the RavenTrack ship. He is also a keen lover of Leicester City FC and playing Music.
Tom Ellis
Lead Developer
Tom is the driving force and brains of RavenTrack. He has been building the platforms technology for over 10 years alongside his fantastic team. In his spare time he enjoys reading, gaming, playing Magic the Gathering and Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Elkin Castro
Product Owner
Elkin is the glue that keeps the business together. His product owner skills are second to none and always ensures the clients are satisfied with the features built. Elkin loves traveling, street photography, reading bachata and salsa (both the dance and the sauces).
Kai Manyeh
Senior Account Manager
Kai is our key account manager and provides solutions and a friendly face to all of our clients! When he’s not keeping RavenTrack ticking – he is an avid cooking fan, loves to travel and enjoys trading on the stock exchange!
Max Bennett
Technical Account Manager
Max has a strong background in data analytics and a passion for sports, He brings a unique blend of analytical skills and enthusiasm to everything he does. As a dedicated Manchester United season ticket holder, his love for the game is unwavering, and you'll often find him at the gym pushing his limits. His daily routine? Work, eat, gym, sleep, and United – in that order! Whether it's crunching numbers or cheering in the stands, he is all about dedication and drive.
Olivia Jacobs
Marketing and Communications
Olivia is our Marketing and Communications expert here at RavenTrack. Spending many years working for one of the largest Brands in the industry, she understands the importance of marketing efforts and capturing the correct data. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit at the gym, running and many other sporting activities.
Kelly Thomson
Lead DevOps Engineer
As the Lead DevOps Engineer I have one motto for my team: “Keep it seriously simple”. I love the big picture and have architected, and built systems (from ML to ticketing systems) to realise that vision. When I’m not fixing deployments I am usually gaming (RPGs are my favourite) or out talking to the world as a STEM ambassador!
Roxy Walsh
Senior Developer
Roxy is a full-stack developer with experience in designing and building a variety of complex systems, including SaaS systems, online booking systems, and customer dashboards.
When not in front of a computer, she enjoy spending time outdoors, occasional doodling, circus skills, and crochet.
Michael O'Donnell
Project Manager
Michael is RavenTrack’s Project Manager, after several years across multiple industries, he brings his wealth of experience to RavenTrack to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. In his spare time, he enjoys keeping fit at the gym, gaming, socialising, and nights out at the theatre.
Paul Stevenson
Senior Engineer
Paul's one of our Senior engineers with over 10 years experience in several languages, frameworks and software architecture’s. His priority is making RavenTrack the ultimate application by utilising modern technologies. Outside of work, Paul is a keen Strongman and Cyclist.
Mark Tiempo
Dev-Ops Engineer
Mark, a skilled DevOps Engineer, prides himself on optimizing systems and staying current with technological advancements. Outside of work he enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time with his family. Travel and beachside relaxation offer him respite from the tech world, keeping a balanced work and life experience.
Gavin Mackie
Dev-Ops Engineer
As a committed Dev-Ops Engineer, Gavin excels in automating processes and ensuring seamless system operations. Outside of the tech world, he enjoys hiking with his loyal Labrador, Luna, and staying active through cycling. When he’s not outdoors, you can find him playing his guitar or immersed in MMORPGs, exploring virtual worlds with the same enthusiasm he brings to his work.
Liam Fathers
Developer
Working within the industry for the last 7 years, Liam is a Developer here and has been influential in the continued growth of the business. A huge lover of gaming/streaming and watching football.
Neil Bircumshaw
Developer
Neil is the maverick of the development team and has risen through the ranks with his hard work and knowledge! When not in work he can be found in the gym or having naps with his two cats Edward and Wilbur.
Martin Durrant
Developer
Martin is one of our newer additions to the team, but don’t let that fool you. His knowledge and experience is vast and has already put his stamp on the business. Away from work, Martin enjoys hiking, real ale, and Golf (not together) and NFL. Unfortunately, he supports Arsenal.
Aron Myerthall
Sales Team Lead
Aron is the sales manager at RavenTrack. He is a self described music and movie snob. He is a keen sportsman and huge Man Utd fan and has had a season ticket for +25 years.
Kate Scowen
Business Development Manager
Meet Kate, our energetic Business Development Manager at RavenTrack. With her extensive sales knowledge, combined with her experience in the industry, Kate's unique blend of professional expertise and personal charm helps drive our success. You can find Kate forever walking dogs, with her heart belonging to the beautiful Lakes District and Chinese food.
Warren Vercueil
Client Success Manager
Proudly South African, Warren is a dedicated Client Success Manager with experience working with some of the largest eCommerce and automotive businesses. He excels at building strong client relationships, driving success, and delivering value, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to every partnership. In his spare time, Warren enjoys staying active, cooking, and cheering on the Springboks during rugby season.
Daniel Wilde
Account Manager
Daniel keeps RavenTrack’s clients happy and ensures they get the most out of the platform. With a science background and a love of problem-solving, he’s curious about how technology works and particularly interested in learning more about the development side of iGaming. When he’s not supporting clients, Daniel enjoys writing Sci-Fi/Fantasy stories, playing story-driven RPGs, watching films, and spending time with his dog.

UI / UX Designer
With over 16 years of design experience across iGaming, eCommerce, software, and education, Tom enhances RavenTrack’s platform and, as everyone says, “makes it pretty!” He brings creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for smooth, engaging user experiences. Outside of work, Tom enjoys exploring design trends, gaming, and working on creative projects that keep his ideas fresh.
Nikolaos Pispas
Software Engineer
Nik (Nikolaos) is a Senior Software Engineer, where he combines full-stack expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. With an M.Sc. in Computer Science, he enjoys transforming complex challenges into elegant systems that drive growth. Beyond work he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, exploring new technologies, and draws inspiration from Alan Turing’s belief that “those who can imagine anything, can create the impossible".
Simon Bowen
Lead Developer
With over 20 years of software development experience spanning industries from e-learning to vinyl production, Simon brings his expertise to RavenTrack’s iGaming platform. Simon is a technology enthusiast that focuses on building efficient, scalable systems. Outside of the office, he enjoys music production, motorsport, and exploring the countryside with his dog.
Konstantinos Veletas
Business Development Manager
As RavenTrack’s Business Development Manager, Konstantinos brings nearly two decades of experience in affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships within the gaming industry. He excels at understanding partner needs and building strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring London’s cultural scene, and has a keen interest in sport, music, the arts, and travelling.
Scott McIver
DevOps Engineer
Scott is a skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys making deployment and configuration less painful and more efficient through automation. He’s eager to grow with the team at RavenTrack, constantly developing new skills and refining his approach to modern DevOps challenges. Outside of work, Scott is a lifelong gamer, indie film lover, and a dedicated regular at Glasgow’s GFT. He’s also known to keep a pound coin handy - just in case there’s a bar pool table nearby.
Mia Stuart
HR Coordinator
Mia is a dedicated HR Coordinator and recent Law graduate, where she achieved a First-Class Honours degree (LLB). She brings a strong academic background with expertise in various areas of law, particularly employment and contract law. Always focused on growth, she is eager to take the next step in her career. In her free time, Mia enjoys swimming, travelling, and shopping as part of a balanced lifestyle.
Richard Metcalf
Sales & Mentorship Manager
Meet Richard, our Sales and Mentorship Manager with 20 years in business development and 6 years in iGaming. A qualified solicitor who ditched law for a successful career in sales. Music is Richard's main passion, for a decade, he played drums in punk bands as his escape, gigging around the UK, recording, even a session at Abbey Road. These days his musical outlet is strumming guitar around a campfire playing three chord covers. Outside of the office, you'll find him powerlifting at the gym or holding his own in weekly 5-a-side. Lifelong Arsenal supporter.

We create a lot of cool and dynamic features which always keeps work interesting.
Being a remote first company means I can do it from the comfort of my home, but with the option to work in the office and catch up with my colleagues for meetings and get-togethers. I started off as junior developer and wanted to grow my career, and RavenTrack has given me that opportunity through training and courses. I’m now a full developer and continuing to work my way up the career ladder!
